She apologized for the wait and said I could reschedule. At this point it was 5:35 PM I informed the receptionist I could not wait any longer I had to pick my grandson up at 6:PM. I waited another 1 hour and 35 minutes and I had not been waited on. She informed me she could extract the tooth but could not do the rest and refer me to an oral surgeon I was told this at 3:00 PM I waited for 1 hour to get the shot to num my tooth for the extraction this was 4:pm. I was told the crown could not be repaired and the tooth would have to be extracted and my options were to get the extraction and replace the tooth with a bridge or an implant. I had a appointment for at 2:30 PM at Mint dentistry I was to have a crown repaired or replace. * I have attached all supporting documents to prove my claim. * I would like to be refunded the money I paid 04-13-2023 in full and I would like for the warranty to be honored. ************************** I asked to speak with him and she stated that he does not have time to speak to customers which is why he created this department.* ****** called me 05-09-2023 and advised me that ******** was still reviewing my case and would call me.* I called 05-10-2023 and ******** advised that I was correct with the bridge being in warranty when I came in 08-03-2022 but unfortunately they would not honor this and would only give me a ****** discount.* This is totally unacceptable and I should not have been billed anything being that my bridge was in warranty when I came into the office 08-03-2022. ****** was rude which is why she commented she was the sister in law of Dr. Total amount was *******.* Mint billed my dental insurance ******* and advised me that they always bill the out of network charges to the insurance company which is not the amount listed on my treatment plan.* I filed a complaint with there customer service team ************ * Spoke w/ ******** 05-04-2023 and was advised she would call back 05-05-2023 and she never did.* spoke w/ ****** 05-08-2023 and advised of my concerns and she stated that she was the ************ of ************************* and would call me back 5-08-2023 and never did. * I did not have the requested payment amount at the time so I had to wait.* Went in to office 04-13-2023 and started processing paying ******* up front for treatment and to complete the process once permanent bridge was created Mint wanted the remaining *******. * The bridge had a 5 year warranty that would have expired 11-03-2022.* The Bridge broke 08-03-2022 and I went into the office that day and they did not honor the warranty and created a treatment plan for me.
